At the launching ceremony, Mr. Qu Fan, Vice President of LZPU, stated that Shennan Circuits is an important strategic partner for in-depth collaboration. The launch of the "Chip-Craft Class" will cultivate more on-site high-end intelligent equipment maintenance and frontline management talents for advanced manufacturing. Mr. Zhao Zengyuan, Director of the Packaging Substrate Business Unit at Shennan Circuits, fully affirmed the achievements of previous cooperation between the two sides and expressed that the company would leverage its industrial advantages and resources to help students smoothly transition from campus to the workplace.

Mr. Huang Bo, the corporate class advisor, led all students of the tailored class in a solemn oath, demonstrating a spirited and uplifting attitude. Leaders from both sides jointly presented academic gift packages to the students and posed for a group photo.
Before the ceremony, accompanied by relevant leaders, the corporate guests visited several training venues, including the School of Liuzhou Luosifen Industry, the Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute, the Remote Operation and Maintenance Center, the Industrial Robot Training Center, and the Lean Production Full-Factory Site. On the tour, they gained firsthand insight into the university's educational philosophy of "building specialties along the industrial chain and placing classrooms along the production line," and spoke highly of the college's exploratory practices in integrating industry and education.
Following the ceremony, Mr. Zhao Zengyuan and Mr. Xi Qingxueni co-taught the first class of the program—"Corporate Culture and Growth Initiation." Drawing on their personal growth experiences and corporate culture, they provided students with an essential "first lesson" on entering the enterprise, encouraging them to cultivate a professional mindset from the very beginning of their enrollment and to solidify their foundation for future development.
The "Chip-Craft Class" is the first interdisciplinary program to bring together students from the three different schools of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, and Financeand Logistics Management. All participants will undergo a comprehensive training process encompassing "on-campus learning, corporate practice, and targeted employment." Corporate mentors will work with us and be involved throughout the teaching process to achieve a deep alignment between the specialty chain and the industrial chain, as well as between the talent chain and the job chain.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the partnership between Shennan Circuits and LZPU. Over the past decade, the collaboration has continuously evolvedfrom jointly establishing an international industry institute and the company donating nine sets of high-end PCB manufacturing equipment to the launch of the "Chip-Craft Class." Looking ahead, the two sides will continue to deepen collaborative education, supplying more "Chip-Craft" talents to support the high-quality development of the regional industry.
